Nevada County Free Range Beef
Grass Fed and Grass Finished
Never Confined to a Feedlot
No Added Hormones or Antibiotics

Because our cattle are pasture raised on natural grasses, they are happier, healthier, have less disease, and are loaded with heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids (found in some fish and vegetables), health-promoting CLA, anti-aging anti-oxidants, and vitamins.

Young calves are fed nothing but Nevada County grass and their mother’s milk.

Range-fed means healthier animals, and is healthier for you and for the environment.

Cattle are sold by the quarter, half, or whole.  A quarter is approximately 70–90 pounds, which fills roughly 7 cubic feet of freezer space depending on choice of cuts.
