The Recipe Wrangler will show you a complete list of our cuts, each
one named just as you see it on your Nevada County Free Range Beef package.
You'll click a link to open a recipe written especially for the unique
characteristics of the cut, along with guidelines on cooking techniques
that will bring out the best in our gourmet beef.

adventure with our pasture-raised beef:
