Like everyone else, we’ve seen the cost of everything go up. We know putting good food on the table isn’t easy, and we believe locally raised beef should remain within reach for the families in our community.

That’s why we’ve chosen to offer most of our beef straight from our ranch freezer to your family’s table. Selling directly from the ranch allows us to keep our prices fair while continuing to provide the quality beef we’re proud to raise.

Beef Shares – These shares go fast! Contact us to get on the wait list for a freezer full of beef, 1/4’s, 1/2’s or whole beef available.

Individual Cuts – Only need a small amount, NO PROBLEM! We have all cuts available.

Custom Opportunities – We love new ideas and collaborations! Let us know how we can team up.

Farmers Markets – We love being out in the community! You can find us in Tahoe on Tuesdays and El Dorado Hills on Sundays.

2025: What A Year

I cannot believe how fast the last year has gone! In addition to everyday chores – delivering beef, feeding, irrigating, fencing, calving, branding, etc. – the NCFRB crew has been busy with family, friends and community.

We have maintained our focus and dedication to raising the best beef for our community! After a slight shift in our bull herd last year, we are seeing more consistent genetics and product. We continue to work with our land partners and maintain grazing leases that not only benefit our cattle but offer fire protection and accessibility for our community.

In 2026, we will strive to continue to promote and support our community and family! Thank you for allowing us to be part of your year and we sure look forward to seeing you down the road.
